IDEXX is seeking an Administrative Coordinator - Global Human Resources to assist our HR Director, the HR Center of Excellence Leads, and the broader organization across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. In this international role, you will facilitate and streamline key communication processes and activities within the European and Asia Pacific HR teams. Your direct support to the Human Resources Director and the entire department will be crucial.

As HR evolves rapidly alongside IDEXX, we are implementing numerous new initiatives aimed at enhancing the value we deliver to our business, managers, and employees. Key Responsibilities
- You will report to the International HR Director and collaborate with the wider HR organization.
- You will organize and coordinate meetings or events, ensuring that meeting agendas are prepared and follow-ups are conducted.
- You will manage projects in collaboration with team members as needed.
- You will prepare presentation materials and communication documents upon request.
- You will assist in the development of onboarding plans.
- You will compile quarterly HR highlights and distribute them as necessary.
- You will support the preparation for Work Council meetings.
- You will maintain an organized HR communication and project database for easy access by the HR community.
- You will assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- You will utilize our HRIS Workday to generate metrics, statistics, and reports.
Qualifications for Success
- You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and organizational roles within an international matrixed organization.
- You are dependable and personable, enjoying collaboration with a diverse range of individuals while prioritizing employee needs.
- You are highly organized, efficient, and an excellent team player.
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English and at least one other European language, both verbally and in writing.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with HRIS, particularly Workday.
- You are technologically adept, data-driven, and experienced with various technological tools.
- You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and the ability to work effectively and independently.
- You possess a problem-solving mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- You can adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- You exhibit professional integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and accountability.
- You possess emotional intelligence, humility, and a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
