As a Sales Professional for the USA market, you will have the opportunity to work with customers in a dynamic position that offers room for growth and development. You will be part of a sales team consisting of five colleagues, supporting them by handling customer cases.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the onboarding and monitoring of our dropshipping customers.
- Acting as point of contact for the agent in the US, via email chat or phone.
- Maintaining an overview of order processing procedures and ensuring correct processing of orders from warehouses in the US and the Netherlands.
- Supporting specific requests, such as arranging export quotations and documentation for overseas shipments.
- Resolving complaints and issues related to customer cases.

Beginning as a small ceramics store in Amsterdam, the company has grown significantly and now operates worldwide, selling its iconic products in over 65 countries through leading concept stores, platforms, and department stores.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can easily switch between different activities and is not afraid of chaos. Flexibility is required due to the time difference, and we are looking for someone who can adapt to working later in the morning and longer evenings to fit in better with the working hours in the US. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills (spoken and written).
- A completed MBO education and initial work experience within a manufacturing company, providing insight into goods flows.
- Sufficient work experience within customer service.
