Dutch Speaking Customer Care Advisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, providing timely and accurate information
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, maintaining a positive relationship
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for management
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer support tools, with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new culture
  • Reliable internet access and a conducive home office setup for remote work
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning, with a strong desire to grow and develop in the role
