We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us identify and attract top talent from universities and colleges. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective campus recruiting strategies and campaigns to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges and universities to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Plan and attend career and job fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and other recruiting events to promote Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as an employer of choice.
  • Organize and chair the Learning Campus to ensure talent is retained within the organization.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including college career centers, student organizations, and faculty, to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates, evaluate their qualifications and fit with the company culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and leaders to understand the needs and requirements of each department and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in recruitment, including social media and artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful campus recruiting programs that result in high-quality hires.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary between €2,404 and €3,867, and a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym memberships.
