Become a key player in our university relations team and build strong partnerships with colleges and universities to attract top talent. As a Campus Recruiter, you will develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies and campaigns to identify and attract the best candidates.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleges and universities to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Planning and attending career and job fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and other recruiting events to promote our company as an employer of choice.
  • Organizing and chairing the Learning Campus to ensure that talent is retained within the organization.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including college career centers, student organizations, and faculty, to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.
  • Conducting interviews with candidates, evaluating their qualifications and fit with our company culture.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and leaders to understand the needs and requirements of each department and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Continually improving and refining the campus recruiting process to ensure a highly effective and efficient program.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • A strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in recruitment, including social media and artificial intelligence.
  • The ability to develop and execute successful campus recruiting programs that result in high-quality hires.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
