As a Chef de Partie at our Michelin-starred restaurant, The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned stations to ensure consistency of preparation and product quality. Your role will involve supervising colleagues concerning the quality of food products and preparations according to predefined standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining day-to-day operations in your section, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Training colleagues on product knowledge, preparation, and presentation techniques, driving excellence in service delivery.
  • Following recipes while minimizing waste and breakage, adhering to kitchen hygiene activities and health and safety protocols.
  • Cleanliness and organization are crucial; all stations must be tidy at all times, and colleagues must adhere to hygiene and health and safety standards.

Requirements

The estimated salary range for this position is between €35,000 and €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
