We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht.

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with food preparation, including mise-en-place, cooking, and plating* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery* Develop and maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and allergens* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in a similar role* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations* Physical stamina to perform duties involving standing, walking, and lifting* Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools* Basic math skills and attention to detail* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
