As a Customer Service Associate within the DDN - Digital Data Networks Business Unit, you play a central role in daily operations, managing order and quote handling from start to delivery. This position involves extensive interaction with customers and TE employees across sales, materials management, quality, product management, manufacturing, and finance. Key responsibilities include delivering on the Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) objectives.
**Your main tasks**:
- Maintain regular contact with both internal teams and external counterparts to address ongoing customer inquiries.
- Meet key performance indicators aligned with Business Unit goals, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the order portfolio, ensuring accurate coordination and execution by collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Act promptly on customer escalations, with a strong focus on managing open orders and anticipating future demands.
- Support and drive TE’s Extraordinary Customer Experience by fostering effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to implementing improvements based on customer feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Inform customers proactively about any delayed shipments and collaborate on solutions to avoid supply shortages.
**Your ideal background**:
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Experience with SAP is an advantag
