**Job description**:
Are you a strong and proactive Manager Customer Service with at least 5 years track record in managing in an international environment? Do you want to develop yourself and your team in a mid-sized and young international trade organization within the Food & Beverage industry, where you have the opportunity being responsible for coordination and optimisation of the customer service department and the efficiency improvement that is required in this fast-growing family business? Then HHOYA invites you to join our team We are looking for an enthusiastic Manager Customer Service with a commercial mindset.

Based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch-headquarters, the Netherlands you coordinate and lead a Customer Service team.

You manage your team, key-accounts, and improve the day-to-day operations of your team. You manage the customer database, and coordinate the information and data flows between all internal and external parties, prioritise and are always aware of finding bottlenecks and the possibilities for improvement by building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. “The Customer is King” is your slogan and you collaborate with them to ensure appropriate lead times and minimum order quantities and serious handling of any customer issue. Any customer-related issue is handled with the highest priority by you and your team to assure a long-lasting customer relationship.

**We ask**:
You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and experience within a relevant sector (e.g., FMCG). Experience with international logistics is an advantage. To do well in this role you need a detailed understanding of customer service, customer care and international company processes, and you know how to continuously optimise these processes. You also have excellent communication skills. You speak fluent Dutch and your English language skills are excellent. You also have leadership skills, and you are able to optimize the ERP software tool.

You ‘know how to play the game’ of sometimes being strict and sometimes being able to adapt in order to come to a solution. You have a methodical, structured, and thoughtful way of working. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, enabling you to deal with all types of personalities from different countries and with different cultures, background and/or habits. Above all you are a team player with strong personal values, showing integrity, an open mind, and attentive listening skills.

**We offer**

The salary range will be between Euro 60.000 and Euro 80.000 (incl.Holiday allowance), depending on the education
