HR Business Partner internship for Corporate Manufacturing, HBO/WO – 3e jaar

AFDELING

Het team bestaat uit 2 HR Business Partners, het HR Shared Service Center en een HR manager. Voor de ontwikkeling van mensen werken we samen met het team van Workforce Development en op het gebied van gezondheid, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid wordt samengewerkt met de interne Arbodienst. We werken met HR-collega’s die werken voor Europese of Wereldwijde teams op het gebied van Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development etc.

Het HR team van Corporate Manufacturing werkt voor verschillende afdelingen en fabrieken op de site in Bergen op Zoom. Wij zijn op zoek naar een stagiair, die samen met ons de verschillende uitdagingen op HR gebied mee vorm wil geven

FUNCTIEDOEL EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Naar welke uitdaging kijk jij uit? Wij vinden het belangrijk dat wij samen een zinvolle invulling geven aan jouw stage in het 3e leerjaar. De onderwerpen waar wij momenteel aan werken, zijn o.a.: Onboarding, medewerker motivatie en betrokkenheid, carrierepaden en zichtbaar leiderschap. Het programma ‘werken met plezier’, een meer continue en inclusieve gesprekkencyclus, succession planning en verkenning van de functiewaarderingssystematiek krijgt ook aandacht. Met een continue dynamiek op recruitment en organisatieveranderingen, is het nooit saai.

Er is dus van alles te doen wil je graag organiseren of liever analyseren, wil je in de breedte verkennen of wil je op een onderwerp de diepte in. Wij hebben een bedrijfs-cao, waar ook diverse interessante onderwerpen op de agenda staan. Natuurlijk kunnen we ook de verbinding leggen naar de andere HR-collega’s op onze locatie. Wij bieden je graag een stage aan waarbij jij veel kan zien en ervaren maar bovenal ook impact kan maken.

FUNCTIEVEREISTEN

We spreken vooral Nederlands, maar ook in basis Engels moet jij jezelf kunnen redden. We bieden een stage voor het 3e leerjaar voor de HR opleiding – HBO of WO. De stageplaats kan echter ook zeer interessant zijn voor andere vakgebieden zoals Bedrijfskunde of Communicatie. Je bent iemand die gaat voor kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Je bent gedreven en ondernemend, je neemt initiatieven en legt makkelijk contacten. Jij wilt graag Impact maken
