DE FUNCTIE VAN ARE SALES MANAGER
Als Area Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten van ons merkenportfolio in Nederland. Met een team van 5 tot 7 accountmanagers verdeeld over verschillende regio's draag je zorg voor de groei van onze merken bij bestaande en nieuwe partners. Door je team te ontwikkelen en te motiveren creëer je een inspirerende omgeving en weet je commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.
Als salesmanager ben je hands, besteed je veel tijd met je team en onderhoud je contact met de markt en onze klanten. Daarnaast vervul je een belangrijk rol in het ontwikkelen en uitrollen van de commerciële strategie. In samenwerking met collega sales managers, trade marketing en educatie werk je aan een winnend activatie plan voor je team en de klanten in de regio.
BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Realiseren en overtreffen van de gestelde commerciële business doelstellingen; Activeren van een sterke en effectieve acquisitie strategie samen met je team; Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van strategische relaties met klanten en prospects (acquisitie); Team Management en coaching van de individuele accountmanagers; Creëren van een inspirerende en ondernemende teamcultuur; Identificeren en verder ontwikkelen van het talent binnen je team; Bepalen van de sales strategie voor de regio samen de Country Manager; Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen en de resultaten en op basis hiervan actieplannen opstellen; Beheren en bewaken van commerciële afspraken, het sales budget en de sales planning;KWALIFICATIES
De Area Sales Manager is een ondernemende en centrale rol binnen onze organisatie. Je hebt daarbij veel contact met veel verschillende stakeholders intern en extern. Door een sterke samenwerking en een effectieve organisatie van je team neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor het realiseren van groei in jouw regio.
Bewezen trackrecord met uitstekende salesresultaten (min. 5 jaar) in een B2B omgeving Ondernemend en proactief; je ziet kansen en weet deze ook om te zetten tot actie Ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van sales teams Goede leiderschap en samenwerkingsvaardigheden Communicatief sterk; in staat om een effectief netwerk op te bouwen intern en extern Interesse in de (professionele) beauty industrie Analytisch; in staat om marktontwikkelingen en business resultaten te vertalen naar actieplannen Je bent graag onderweg om je team te coachen en met klanten in contact te zijn Je beheert Nederlandse taal vloeiend en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk-
