Job Description

If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and ideally have a network in the festival and event industry, and have the creativity to attract new customers and close deals, this role is perfect for you

Our client is seeking a driven and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) for their German team in Amsterdam, complementing the German team based in Düsseldorf. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

Working from the client's Amsterdam headquarters, you'll engage with their Sales Team and closely collaborate with the German branch in Düsseldorf. In this dynamic and challenging role, your creativity and energy will be crucial to planning and executing conversations with event organizers who can benefit from our client's platform.

You'll have the opportunity to be a part of one of Europe's fastest-growing ticketing providers As an SDR, your role will involve diligent recording of the information collected during your research and conversations with stakeholders in the event industry in our CRM (Hubspot). Your focus will be on customer acquisition, booking meetings per month, and working with the Sales Team on demos and business deals for customers with a potential of 1000/3000.

Qualifications

- Fluency in German and English

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting market research to identify and prioritize target market segments and potential customers.

- Identifying potential sales arguments and developing targeted strategies for customer acquisition.

- Proactively generating leads through various channels.

- Guiding leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to scheduled demo.

- Planning and conducting demos with customers in close collaboration with customer managers to close deals.

- Ensuring a smooth handover of customers to customer managers (Customer Success Team).

- Driving successful deals with customers with an expected value between 1,000-3,000.

- Collaborating with the Sales Team to exchange market information and best practices.
