**Requirements**:
Commify is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. As an SDR, you will be essential in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Set up appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors to ensure effective communication and positioning of our products and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
