The Assistant Front Office Manager is, together with the Front Office Manager, responsible for the entire Front Office team of Front Office Agents, Front Office Leads, Porters and Front Office Trainees . The focus for this role is on guaranteeing high-quality services and monitoring efficiency and productivity within the department. The core of this position is coaching, guiding and motivating the team on the floor. Furthermore, within this position there are administrative tasks such as; People & Culture policy, achieving department objectives, doing orders and accounting technical tasks.

The Assistant Front Office Manager knows the ins and outs of Pulitzer Amsterdam. In this position you are responsible for the Front Office in absence of the Front Office Manager. You lead by example and it is important to show the 'can do' attitude on in order to motivate the team to maintain the quality of service for Pulitzer Amsterdam, fostering a positive and professional work environment
