Change Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Planchanges towards defined configurations.
• Controldependencies and holding people accountable on actions and timelineof the change.
• Lead operational meetings tosteer and drive changes.
• Drive continuousimprovement by actively obtaining stakeholder feedback and makinguse of data resulting in tangible businessimpact
• Secure traceability of configurations byapplying the change policies
• Take ownership toensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders areinvolved.
• Coach cross-sector project teammembers on executing the changeprocess.

• A Bachelor’s degree or Masterdegree. This can be Business or Technical
• Ableto combine operational and project management skills in a technicalenvironment.
• Experienced in managingstakeholders and dependencies.
• Understandschange impact on suppliers, factories andcustomers.
• Able to use problem-solvingmethodologies to define and embed process and businessimprovements.
• At least three year of relevantexperiences
