We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our Global Total Rewards & HRIS team. This is a full-time role that can based in one of a variety of locations and will cover all of the EMEA region.

THE TEAM

This role will join the exciting Global Total Rewards & HRIS team and be responsible for all aspects of Total Rewards for our EMEA region. The team comprises of 8 other professionals based in the US and UK. You will also work closely with our EMEA HR team across the region.

THE ROLE
 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, you will develop, analyse and review compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to Fragomen’s goals and competitive practices.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that company compensation and benefits programs are competitive and consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations - ensuring consistent evaluation approach across the EMEA region.

Other key responsibilities include:

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our packages remain competitive and compliant.

Work closely with HR and senior management to align the total rewards strategy with the company's objectives and employee needs.

Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting and communication.

Oversee vendor management for benefits providers, ensuring high-quality services and cost-efficiency.

Provide expert advice and training to HR and management on total rewards policies and practices.

Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention through innovative rewards strategies.

Promote a” pay for performance” culture

Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures; recommending plan revisions, as well as conceiving new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives

Effectively communicate & market our Total Reward offerings

Analyse country-specific data and relevant market trends, develop salary structures and market pricing recommendations.

Keeps apprised of local, national and regional compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Build and implement tools to streamline annual processes (i.e. salary reviews, benefits renewals and open enrolment, benchmarking)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience working in the Total Rewards industry, specifically having worked across multiple countries, regions and jurisdictions. You will ideally have experience in legal or professional services environments, however other backgrounds will be considered.

Also required:

Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.

Previous experience with Workday strongly preferred

Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required

Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management.

A collaborative, engaging approach to work and colleagues

Ability to deliver excellent results whilst working autonomously

Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience required
