**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Total Reward Director to lead our Total Reward function to ensure our philosophy and strategy creates motivated teams, differentiates us as an employer of choice, and supports our business objectives and growth. This is a pivotal role overseeing a small team owning compensation, benefits, equity, recognition, and global mobility. They will partner with our People, Finance, and Leadership teams to create remarkable experiences for our global employee base (Europe, the US, Canada, and ANZ).

We are focused on the wider view of recognition. We recognise both the tangible elements (e.g. pay) as well as the 'soft' (e.g. kudos, and giving and receiving of feedback). We reward using both. We recognise both productivity and performance, and believe they complement each other. We do not focus on the quantity of input, nor do we focus on output. Instead, we believe in recognising outcomes and impact.

** Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:

- Provide direction, planning, and overall execution of our Total Rewards strategy and programs. Lead a small and agile team of compensation, benefits, and global mobility specialists.
- Partner with our senior leadership to build Total Rewards philosophy, strategies and programs to ensure appropriateness and alignment with broader company compensation philosophy and ensure we are compelling and competitive as an employer.
- Deliver regular market benchmarking analysis across all roles and geographies, including salary range analysis and refresh, compensation survey input and analysis. Includes a selection of compensation surveys and partners appropriate to the competitive landscape.
- Partner with our Senior Leadership Team on an ongoing basis to ensure retention and market-based compensation issues for key talent are understood and addressed.
- Drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefits programs, including the development of communication and campaign management.
- Benchmark current Benefits offering to the external market by country and offer recommendations regarding potential future requirements. Partner with Benefits broker to ensure successful renewals of current Benefits.
- Lead complex and strategic mobility projects from start to finish, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations throughout. Championing our Work-from-Anywhere policy and building a scalable model as we continue to grow.
- Identify Total Reward and Recognition trends and best practices to continually bring new ideas and strategies to the health and well-being initiatives.
- Support our expansion into new markets by providing current market data.
- Work with our People and Finance teams to understand the compensation needs and statutory requirements within the different countries where we operate.

- Expert technical total rewards, compensation, and benefit knowledge, preferably across multiple geographies (Europe, US, Canada, ANZ). Proven strategic focus with the ability to translate into practical implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful global teams.
- A demonstrated track record of high-quality project management and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing projects and delegate where necessary.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all cross-functional levels of an organisation.
- Data-driven, with the ability to create and track metrics which measure Total Reward productivity and the impact of enablement on business results.
- Natural storyteller who can craft engaging communication and campaigns for our employees.
- Experience in policy and management of international assignments.
- Understand the future of work and Total Rewards with a personal point of view on best practices and innovation, and a conviction to implement them.
