Director of Global Rewards and People Experience

sennder is revolutionizing the traditional road logistics industry by digitizing and automating all processes. As a Director of Global Rewards and People Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy and executing its vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including equity plans, compensation, and benefits, to support the company's growth and ambition.
- Lead the design and implementation of a compensation framework, including job leveling, compensation positioning, variable pay, and incentive schemes, to drive a consistent and equitable approach.
- Establish a governance and compliance model for reward processes, ensuring alignment with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage equity administration and communication, preparing for future strategy evolution to fit the company's growth stages.
- Take a proactive leadership role in business transformation, impacting people and rewards, including autonomous growth, M&A, and joint venture collaborations.
- Lead the global people operations team, ensuring flawless execution, compliance, and a highly engaging employee service and experience.
- Build out people analytics functions, creating a data-driven approach to people strategy and progress, aligning business strategy with employee HC evolution and talent needs.
- Strategize on the evolution of HR technology platforms, building a future-proof, scalable IT infrastructure for people processes.
- Extensive knowledge (8+ years) of compensation domains, including job architecture design, compensation benchmarking, and incentive models.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in larger transformations and change/growth programs, driving the reward agenda and alignment with the board, executive team, and employees.
- Experience with multiple European countries, understanding local talent trends, demands, and legislation changes, leveraging local people team networks.
- Data-driven and technologically savvy, with experience in implementing new HR tech infrastructures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ideal experience in start-up or scale-up organizations, with a drive for change and innovation to keep sennder competitive in the talent market.
