The International Sales Trainer is tasked with developing and delivering sales training content aimed at educating distributors, area managers, and direct sales representatives. This training focuses on effectively positioning the Knee Osteoarthritis and Bone Stimulation portfolios to meet sales and marketing goals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and developing training programs in collaboration with medical education staff, sales training teams, field sales, and sales management. The International Sales Trainer reports directly to the Senior Manager of Sales Education.
What you'll be doing
Collaborates with key stakeholders to determine training needs as well as optimal mechanisms & channels to achieve objectives Collaborates with Marketing to ensure training plans achieve the product objectives. Develops training that meets the needs of the developing the Knee OA & Bone Stimulation sales organizations in the international markets to ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded including sales revenue, growth objectives, inventory & consignment management. Implements training tactics to support sales strategies and sales model. Develops, conducts, and manages internal and external training sessions for sales representatives, sales managers, and distributors as assigned. Evaluates performance, provides coaching/feedback, and makes suggestions on opportunities for improvement to field sales representatives. Ensures compliance with all Bioventus policies in all training activities and personal performance, (i.e., Advamed Code of Ethics, and international standards) Provides logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management. Improves overall sales effectiveness/capacity through technology and process improvement, coaching, optimization, and efficiency. Works with the Senior Manager of Sales Education and Sales Management to identify capability gaps, and build appropriate training and ensure field sales trainers are coaching accordingly.What will you bring to the table

Demonstrated expertise in product, clinical and disease state knowledge, and the ability to convey this knowledge to various levels of learners Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills Excellent coaching skills Ability to manage an expense budget Successful negotiator with outside vendors and venues Ability to adapt and change as needed Strategic mind set Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training software programs 3 years’ sales training experience or equivalent, preferably in Medical Devices Proven record developing, conducting, and measuring sales training programs for sales representatives, sales trainers, and sales managers Experience in project management Experience working with Distributors preferredAre you the top talent we are looking for?
