The Opportunity  

Are you a future marketing communication expert, with a high affinity for marketing content production and looking for an internship to put your creativity and skills into practice? The internship in the marketing team at Youwe will give you an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital agency and make an impact on our marketing strategy to further encourage your own growth and the company’s. You will be taking part in the marketing activities to promote the company, and work closely with various departments – HR, Recruitment, Operations, Design. 

You will make an impact by creating engaging content for various channels to communicate and share the story of Youwe. We are talking variety here - from developing and improving landing pages, to blogs, social media posts and marketing campaigns. We encourage proactivity and using initiative - if you have creative ideas for employer branding, or want to pursue your own projects, we will fully support you

What you have 

To apply for this role it is important that you qualify for the following: 

  • You are available for an internship starting September 2024 (for 5-6 months), for 36-40 hours per week 
  • Exceptional writing skills you can’t wait to put into practice through creating content for our website and blog articles 
  • Experience with social media - from creating creative posts to scheduling them and monitoring their performance 
  • Strong desire to improve internal communication - you will be working on an internal newsletter and devise ideas to improve our internal communication 
  • Experience in managing small-scale events - organizing meetups and support for external sponsored events will be required 
  • Keen eye for details and visual content - support in creating visual elements for marketing campaigns 
  • Fluency in English and Dutch - your oral and written language is impeccable
