GLOBAL ADVOCACY PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Amsterdam.

The Global Advocacy Project Manager supports the Advocacy, Influencer Marketing & Social Commerce Team in building a central hub for Advocacy, IM & Social Commerce strategy across the Coty Organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will collaborate with relevant stake holders to build advocacy and social commerce frameworks and strategies across the Consumer Beauty Division, while generating data-led reports and insights to add value to relevant brands.

Your main focus:

Accompanying brands in advocacy journey, assisting them in setting strategic framework; this includes a focus on influencer marketing, public relations, social selling, natural advocacy etc. Analyzing advocacy results, and guiding brand teams on what is working and what may need to shift in their strategy Creating guidelines around the following topics: Social commerce, Influencer Marketing, PR/Communications, Advocacy ecosystem Responsible for a series of global advocacy pilots for selected brands and markets Responsible for ensuring alignment for advocacy, influencer marketing and social commerce between important internal stakeholders (Marketing, e-Comm, influencer marketing, media, finance etc.) and manage stewardship across markets and teams Partner with external measurement partners to organize trainings, manage COTY team access and adaption plan execution for Influencer Marketing measurement, specifically Oversee and organize administrative functions, invoicing, POs, expenses, travel, calendars, presentations, archives, etc. Be culturally curious and connected to social media trends, innovations and insights; a plus to be keyed into the influencer marketing landscape for the beauty industry

In your role, you will be reporting to the Advocacy, Influencer Marketing & Social Commerce Director based in Amsterdam, and will work closely with several departments such as Global Media, Consumer Beauty Global Brand Teams, Finance, Consumer Beauty Market Teams, Ecomm, agency partners and vendor partners.

The Global Advocacy Project Manager will possess a can-do attitude, drive results as a digitally-native marketer and maximize the opportunity to shape the narrative and engagement around consumer brands across touchpoints.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work with cross-functional teams, are highly organized and able to manage global projects in an efficient way. As an experienced Global Advocacy Project Manager you are passionate about the value of influence and have deep knowledge of the advocacy space. In addition, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you:

Have 5+ years of demonstrated experience with impactful results in strategy, advocacy, influencer marketing, and data-driven marketing ideally matured in a strategic agency or leading brand. A successful track record of driving significant business value from recommendations and insight developed through application of advanced analytical techniques. Robust analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey and package technical findings in layman’s terms Are a strategic thinker with strong digital/Influencer strategy and project management skills. Fluency in English
