Wat ga je doen?
Als Devices Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inzet, functioneren, aankoop en alle onderhoudsprocessen van alle medical devices. Hij of zij heeft een sleutelrol in de keten met veel stakeholders en valt onder de afdeling Asset Management. En wordt begeleid en gecoached door de Devices Portfolio Manager.
Verdere verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
Onderhoudseisen opstellen per categorie; Uitvoeren van betrouwbaarheidsonderzoeken aan asset portfolio (van technische installaties tot infrastructuur); Faciliteren van methoden zoals RCA, FTA, RCM, RAMS en LCC; Bijdragen aan en adviseren over het optimaliseren van de onderhoudsmanagementprocessen en onderhoudsconcepten; Betrokken bij onderhandelingen over aankopen bij leveranciers van assets; Structurele eisen en processen opstellen ; Bewustwording creëren bij de verschillende afdelingen/actoren om risicomanagement op te nemen in hun manier van doen en denken; Aanzetten van de organisatie tot continu verbeteren door middel van de PDCA-cirkel.
Wat breng je mee?
Je bent een tactische denker met sterke interpersoonlijke, communicatieve en besluitvormende vaardigheden. Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en weet invloed uit te oefenen vanuit de verbinding. Daarbij weet je wie je belanghebbenden zijn, en ben je in staat om goed stakeholdermanagement te voeren. Je bent analytisch, procesgericht en hebt een can-do mentaliteit.
Andere zaken die jij meebrengt zijn:
Relevante bachelor/ graad (bijv. technische bedrijfskunde of andere technische opleiding); Je bent bekend met onderhouds- en reliability methodieken (RCA, FTA, LCCA, LCC, RCM, FMEA, LORA, MTA, FRACAS); Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in reliability engineering; Je bent bekend met en hebt interesse in big data; Je beschikt over uitstekende kennis van excel en/of SPC-software; Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en mensgericht; Je beschikt over goede adviesvaardigheden. Je hebt een passie voor het vak en houdt te allen tijde je kennis up-to-date
Fulfilment Center - Bleiswijk
Ons Fulfillment Center in Bleiswijk is onze hypermoderne Supply Chain omgeving. Dagelijks levert Supply Chain op een slimme en efficiënte manier aan 6.500 klanten in de thuisomgeving en aan 1.500 zorg professionals. Met de bouw van een nieuw Fulfillment Center brengt Mediq niet alleen al haar producten, maar ook de vele extra services die wij als organisatie bieden onder één dak. Binnen de muren van Bleiswijk zijn er aparte afdelingen die maatwerk voor onze klanten realiseren. Dat is dan ook de reden waarom we het geen distributiecentrum maar een Fulfillment Center noemen
Supply Chain & Logistics
In Bleiswijk is het ultramoderne fulfillmentcenter van Mediq gevestigd. Hier zijn collega's dagelijks bezig met het opslaan van binnenkomende medische hulpmiddelen en het picken, verpakken en versturen van goederen aan zorgprofessionals en onze klanten thuis. Ook stellen ze startpakketten voor continentie- en diabetesklanten en smaakboxen op het gebied van medische voeding samen. In ons atelier verzorgen coupeuses op maat gemaakte stomasteunbandages voor klanten. Zelfs een combinatie met medicatie is mogelijk, want in het pand bevindt zich ook een eigen apotheek. De verschillende teams werken continu aan het behartigen van de wensen van de klant: van strategische planning tot de juiste serviceverlening. Nu en vooral ook in de toekomst.-
