The opportunity

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Business Development Director to join our office in Amsterdam.

The role blends the daily activities associated with corporate strategic engagement with named accounts, but mainly driving developing new business where Adobe want to grow the footprint. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective Marketing, Consulting and presales specialists supporting your vertical to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new sales opportunities.

This role requires a strong personality and self starter mentality as you will be the leader of growth within the Public Sector in the Netherlands. You determine and lead the success.

What you’ll do

You will be in charge of developing business on mixed portfolio of accounts by selling all Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in the Public Sector Develop a sales plan to reach sales quota and executes for current customers Creates and maintains a monthly product forecast Follows best practices in sales processes/procedures Assists with the development of new sales tools and presentations Reviews market to determine customer needs and reports back changing market conditions to management Presents special programs to partners Develops and maintains senior-level relationships within target accounts

What you need to succeed

A Confirmed sales track record selling Enterprise Software, ideally; Digital Marketing Software, WEM, CMS, CDP and CRM Experience in software selling in Public Sector in the Netherlands for at least 5 years Experience achieving a sales quota of at least $ Experience in acquiring key customers (Hunting) & customer oriented profile Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CMO's & CTO's) Strategic understanding of Multichannel and Digital Marketing Complex selling capabilities Creativity, Integrity, Team player IT knowledge (CMS, WCM, SOA.) Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills Fluency in Dutch language is required
