Samen met een uitgebreid ecosysteem van kennispartners, klanten en leveranciers werken we aan radarsystemen voor zeeschepen, cyber security oplossingen, transportsystemen, communicatieapparatuur voor landstrijdkrachten, cryogene koeloplossingen, onderzoek & ontwikkeling voor radartechniek (in samenwerking met TU Delft) en onderzoek & ontwikkeling voor serious gaming (in samenwerking met de Universiteit Twente).
Afdeling ABS (Aerospace, Building Blocks en Sub-system)
Binnen de Supply Chain van de Naval organisatie is de afdeling ABS (ca. 70 personen) verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren en testen van Aerospace en aan radar gerelateerde systemen. De afdeling kent meerdere werkcellen met verschillende specialismen, waaronder productie, logistiek, technische werkvoorbereiding, Technologie en Manufacturing Engineers.

Industrial Work Package Manager
Over de functie:
Als Industrial Work package Manager werk je in een multidisciplinair team binnen de Supply Chain, maar ook binnen de Project Teams. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de serieproductie, stuurt bij waar nodig, en zorgt er mede voor dat de systemen met de juiste kwaliteit, op tijd en binnen budget geleverd worden. Je bent voorwaarde scheppend voor de producerende afdelingen binnen de afdeling ABS.
De belangrijkste taken zijn:
Het definiëren en formaliseren van de behoeften en vereisten om het industriële werkpakket vast te stellen: configuratie, kosten, hoeveelheden, leveringsschema, technische evoluties (ontwerp) en niet-technieken (leveringen, kosten).
Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het nakomen van de toezeggingen van de toeleveringsketen naar de productmanager, projectmanager of de eindklant met betrekking tot de betrokken werkpakketten (leveringsschema, kosten, kwaliteit).
Het managen van geïdentificeerde risico's en kansen voor het betreffende systeem.
Analyseren van de impact van wijzigingen (CR) voor de Supply Chain voor het betreffende systeem en zorgen voor een gecontroleerde implementatie in de Supply Chain.
Bewaken van de kostprijs van het product en initiëren van acties om de kostprijs te verbeteren.
Zorgt ervoor dat de haalbaarheid van toekomstige opdrachten (BIDs) getoetst worden binnen de Supply Chain organisatie.

een afgeronde Bachelor of Master opleiding heeft in een technisch / supply chain domein;
een sterke affiniteit met Supply Chain heeft en gedegen ervaring met High mix / Low volumes productietypes;
zichzelf omschrijft als een klantgericht persoon en de flexibiliteit heeft om constructief op te treden in een omgeving met verschillende typen en niveaus;
goed ontwikkelde leiderschapscompetenties heeft (besluitvaardig, delegeren, initiatief, resultaatgericht, sensitief, samenwerken en overtuigen);
een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift heeft.
