Over DEGIRO

In 2013 lanceerde DEGIRO haar online brokerage diensten in Nederland. Sindsdien zijn we uitgebreid naar 18 Europese landen, waardoor particuliere beleggers kunnen profiteren van een zeer concurrerende commissiestructuur.

DEGIRO biedt een prijswinnend online platform aan voor alle soorten beleggers en wij bieden onze klanten de mogelijkheid om wereldwijd te beleggen tegen ongekend lage tarieven. Ons doel is om waarde toe te voegen door betaalbare, op maat gemaakte financiële diensten te ontwikkelen voor alle beleggers. Daarom zijn wij gefuseerd met Flatex Bank. Samen vormen we een van de grootste pan-Europese brokers.

 

 

Over de functie

Wij creëren een nieuw team binnen de Service Desk om onze klanten te helpen met het begin van hun avontuur bij DEGIRO. In jouw rol als Client Support Professional assisteer je onze klanten bij zaken als onboarding op het platform en stortingen.

Je zult het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn tussen de particuliere klanten en het bedrijf. Het is een geweldige manier om alles te leren over de producten die DEGIRO aanbiedt en je carrière te ontwikkelen bij een bedrijf dat actief is op de financiële markten.

Om je te helpen bij je dagelijkse taken, kom je terecht in een groep jonge, slimme en gemotiveerde collega's. Je werkt ook nauw samen met de Trading Assistants, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de assistentie met betrekking tot handelsgerelateerde zaken van klanten.

 

Om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk bij te staan, bieden we je de volgende mogelijkheden:

Een onboarding trainingsprogramma, waarin je een introductie krijgt in de financiële markten en het client lifecycle management bij DEGIRO;

Toegang tot het Percipio platform met onbeperkt trainingen die je in je eigen tempo en tijd kunt doen.

 

Je assistentie aan klanten zal onder andere bestaan uit de volgende zaken:

Als Client Support Professional verwerk je de telefonische en e-mailverzoeken van klanten en communiceer je met de verschillende afdelingen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse werking van DEGIRO;

Je assisteert onze klanten gedurende de gehele customer lifecycle, vanaf de start van de registratie worden tot het moment dat ze hun rekeningen volledig gebruiken (onboarding, stortingen, KYC);

Je communiceert tussen de verschillende afdelingen die de operaties binnen de internationale organisatie van flatexDEGIRO, waar DEGIRO deel van uitmaakt. Je zult je communicatieve vaardigheden gebruiken in een internationale sfeer over een grote diversiteit aan onderwerpen.

 

Hoe groei eruit ziet bij DEGIRO

Starten bij de Servicedesk is een mooie manier om te begrijpen welk deel van de Fintech-wereld het beste bij je past. Je begint met een in-house onboarding trainingsprogramma waarin we alle onderdelen van onze bedrijfsprocessen behandelen. Na dit programma krijg je geleidelijk aan meer verantwoordelijkheden.

 

Je carrièregroei bij DEGIRO kan er als volgt uitzien:

  1. Leer de ins en outs van het product en het bedrijf, plus de vaardigheden om met klanten en andere professionals uit de branche om te gaan;
  2. Doorgroeien naar de functie van Trading Assistant binnen je huidige afdeling. Hier assisteer je onze klanten met handelsgerelateerde vragen zoals transfers, belastingen, corporate actions, handelsplatformen, marktmisbruik, enzovoort.

Wat je kunt verwachten:

  • Persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling met toegang tot relevante training;

De basics:

  • Gelijkgestemde collega's met wie je kunt praten over je passie voor de financiële markten;
  • Kantoorlocatie op een centrale plek van Amsterdam;
  • Laptop van de zaak en ondersteuning voor kantoor aan huis (stoel, koptelefoon, scherm, e.a.);
  • Lunch, fruit en koffie op kantoor;
  • Teamactiviteiten en maandelijkse vrijdagborrel (solliciteer snel en doe mee met de volgende activiteit);
  • Moderne en vriendelijke werkomgeving.

 

Wij zijn op zoek naar jou als je beschikt over:

- MBO4+ met sterke affiniteit met de financiële markten;

- Vloeiend Nederlands;

- Beheersing van de Engelse taal;

- 0 - 2 jaar ervaring;

- Oog voor detail en een gestructureerde werkwijze

- Energieke teamspeler;

- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

- Woonachtig in de metropoolregio Amsterdam of bereid te verhuizen;

- Bereid tot het werken in de avond.
