Job Description:

As a Client Relations Officer,you will be building bridge between our HR and our clients. In this position, you will be mainly in contact with our trusted clients (hotels, restaurants,holiday parks) regarding the employees we outsource. Youwill be working together with our HR and Sales Managers to help solve themanager’s day-to-day queries.

You will be supporting our clients about the arrivals of new employees and smoothen out issues thatoccur during the first weeks of working. Furthermore, you will be visiting manyof our clients in the Netherlands to maintain a good and solid relationship.

The nature of this role requires a person who has a strategic andpractical mindset and is able to speak Dutch and English fluently (50-50% ofthe time), both verbally and in writing.

 

What you will do:

·        Act as a trusted partner, coach, and advisor for clients in general HRtopics.

·        Act as point of contact formanagers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and requests.

·        Build and maintain strong and long-term relationship with our clients and employees.

·        Schedule regular visits to ourclients to ensure they are satisfied.

·        Liaise with other departmentsto facilitate a smooth communication.

·        Initiate and manage change processes.

·        Understand the client’s hiring needs, calendar, and priorities.

 

What we look for in a new colleague

·        Bachelor’s or Master degree in a relevantsubject

·        Fluency in Dutch and English

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch andEnglish

·        Min. 1-2 + years of expertise in a HR/Project Management or similar role

·        Experience working in a multicultural environment

·        Ability to manage severalprojects/priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment

·        Creative and resourcefulproblem-solver, who is able to think out of the box

·        Flexibility - Responsive to change and able to demonstrate adaptability

·        Start-up mindset and knowledge of Dutch Labour Law are a plus

·        Living in the surrounding of Breda, the Netherlands
