- IT Support: Imaging, managing, and installing laptops, tablets, and other hardware.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues with hardware and software.
- Active Directory: Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Documentation: Create user manuals and provide training.
- Procurement: Compare products, request quotes, and handle orders
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and CMDB maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
- Must be self-employed (ZZP).
