Wij zoeken een manager Customer Service die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheren van alle administratieve en logistieke processen op onze site. Jij leidt een toegewijd team dat zich bezighoudt met het aannemen en coördineren van klantenorders en gerelateerde activiteiten. Iets voor jou?



Functiebeschrijving

In deze sleutelpositie ben je niet alleen de leidinggevende van alle administratieve medewerkers op de terminal, maar werk je ook actief aan het continu verbeteren van de werkomgeving en werkmethodes. Je werkt in lijn met het management en onderhoudt nauwe samenwerking met operationele diensten om de productiviteit en efficiëntie te optimaliseren.

Jij speelt een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van een efficiënte en nauwkeurige administratie, waarbij je het personeel op de juiste manier inzet om de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteit en productiviteit te bereiken. Als jij gedreven bent om een positieve impact te hebben op administratieve processen en teams, komen wij graag in contact met jou. Dit mag je gaan doen:

  • Leiden en coachen van het administratieve team voor soepele operaties.
  • Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en personeel voor administratieve zaken.
  • Jij plant de dagelijkse taken in overleg met het operationele team, gericht op klantorders; Natuurlijk hou je rekening vakanties en verlof zodat de operatie door kan blijven gaan.
  • Het beheren van de voorraad en klachten professioneel oplossen.
  • Je zorgt voor back-ups en neemt deel aan vergaderingen voor besluitvorming.
  • Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, verzorgt nauwkeurige facturatie en communiceert met de Commercieel Manager.
  • Jij vertegenwoordigt het team bij budgetmeetings, neemt deel aan het aannemen van personeel en werkt aan verbeteringen in de planning.
  • Tenslotte vind jij ook uitdaging in en haal je energie uit het actief meewerken aan iso-procedures en audits
  • Kortom, een uitdagende rol om het team naar succes te leiden



Functie-eisen
  • Jij hebt ervaring in het leiden van grote teams
  • Ook heb je kennis van procedures en werkinstructies binnen
  • Jouw kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is ruim voldoende
  • Jij bent een teamplayer en kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken
  • Nauwkeurig, tactisch en pro-actief ben jij natuurlijk ook
