Are you a versatile and quick thinker looking to put your stamp on our event experiences, while also applying your broader marketing skillset? Then we’re looking for you. To continue our rapid growth in the field of Global Risk Management Software, we’re looking for new talent to spearhead a variety of events that enhance customer engagement and generate leads.

As the Events and Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing events. From organizing user group gatherings and tradeshows, to hosting webinars that showcase our latest offerings, this role offers a global platform for you to showcase your creativity and organizational talents. But if you’re up for it, your role goes further.

In this role, you'll spend +- 3 days a week working on our internal and external events. The rest of your time (approx. 2 days), you’re free to expand beyond events, diving into (and/or specializing in) lead generation, social media, content creation, SEO, or other marketing efforts. This means your time will be dynamic, allowing you to excel in areas you enjoy most.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and user group meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts, themes and agendas. Coordinate logistics and oversee event budgets. Dive into other areas of marketing and deliver impact, whether that’s in lead generation, content creation, SEO, or even analytics. We’re a small team with big support, and we’ll help you find your niche if you haven’t pinned it down yet. Measure and analyze the performance of your output, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field 3+ years experience in organizing B2B events (tradeshows, conferences, webinars and/or user group meetings) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously (from conceptualization to execution and follow-up) Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling event content, invitations, and promotional materials Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and SalesForce preferred Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and partner teams A willingness to help drive success in other related areas of marketing Must speak and write flawless English – multi-lingual (EN/NL, EN/ES, etc.) is a bonus.
