New year, new you? Of blijf jij graag je sociale, empathische en zorgzame zelf? Ik hoop op dat laatste. Omdat het je mooi staat en het kwaliteiten als deze zijn die onmisbaar zijn om 100% je draai te vinden in deze rol als customer support specialist. Graag vertel ik je wat deze functie tot een bijzondere maakt. 

In deze functie schakel je dagelijks met een grote groep klanten. Zitten zij met vragen of vastlopers, weten ze jou 9 van de 10 keer telefonisch te vinden. Aan jou de schone taak om iedere plooi glad te strijken en ervoor te zorgen dat iedere gesprekspartner met een voldaan en geholpen gevoel ophangt. Over welke plooien ik het heb? Denk aan een storing in een mobiel pinautomaat of een kassasysteem dat vastloopt. Kom je er zelf niet volledig uit? Geen nood. Er zijn genoeg collega's om je heen om op terug te vallen.

Waar kom jij te werken?

In Utrecht, dat zag je al. Om precies te zijn bij een specialist op het gebied van verschillende betaalsystemen. Bijvoorbeeld voor de sectoren horeca, sport, leisure en ga zo maar door. Geen wonder dat dit dienstverlenende karakter door de aderen van dit bedrijf stroomt. Op dit moment is Sebastiaan (jouw toekomstige teamleider) de nummer 1 in de lokale pingpong competitie, maar misschien ga jij hem wel verslaan. Ontwikkelingen, doorgroeimogelijkheden, the sky is the limit hier. Jij bent zelf in control over je eigen ontwikkeling en krijgt hier echt de kans om je eigen ambities waar te maken. Meerdere van je collega's kwamen ooit binnen als stagiaire en zij nooit meer vertrokken. Toeval? Persoonlijk denk ik van niet. Wedden dat jij er straks net zo over denkt?

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Op een gebruikelijke werkdag komen de volgende to do's aan bod: 

het beantwoorden van de telefoon en de vragen die via deze weg gesteld worden. Heb je zelf de oplossing of schakel je hier de hulp van een collega op een andere afdeling in? Beide is helemaal oké het up-to-date houden van de mailbox en het oppakken van tickets die hier binnenkomen  het bijhouden van de administratie rondom de gesprekken die je voert

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

Jij gaat hier helemaal je draai vinden wanneer je: 

32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar bent  bekend staat als sociaal, pro actief en leergierig je foutloos Nederlands spreekt en schrijft  affiniteit hebt met IT woont in Utrecht of omgeving

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

Tijd voor de tegenprestatie. Als customer support specialist ben je zeker van: 

een salaris van 2200.- tot 2500.- bruto op een bankrekening naar keuze  dagelijks een geheel verzorgde lunch minimaal 25 vakantiedagen 40 uur extra aandacht voor jouw vitaliteit vergoeding van je reiskosten wanneer je deze maakt de mogelijkheid om verschillende coaching- en trainingstrajecten te volgen een leuke club collega's die je binnen no-time tot je vrienden rekent
