Your job

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market your products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.

So you'll get the chance to build up your network and talk to marketers of famous international brands and digital marketing agencies. You'll help them use our software successfully, so you'll be their trusted and unmissable advisor and grow their business. You'll create many brand ambassadors and help Channable grow. Besides, by gathering feedback from our customers and partners you can make our software even better.

You’ll be responsible for portfolios that make a big impact on the total revenue of the company. It's up to you, along with your team, to turn this into an even greater success. After an extensive onboarding period you'll be responsible for our partners and customers, including major brands you encounter in every shopping street.

To be more specific

Let's get a bit more specific. This is what you'll do:

  • Onboardings, impact reviews & check-ins. You realize success plans, both with partners as customers;

  • Prevent churn and realize upsell, including reporting & forecasting;

  • Host training sessions with our partners and customers; at our office and online;

  • Share and discuss customer feedback with Product, Sales & Marketing departments;

  • Organize & join Channable roundtables, webinars, partner days, training days, and/or trade shows like Webwinkelvakdagen);

  • Together with project teams and/or individually optimize the customer experience and processes.

As the next step, you can grow into a Customer Success Manager role. In this role, you'll work with bigger clients and you'll manage your portfolio more independently. Who are you?
  • You enjoy talking to customers and they enjoy talking to you 

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role, preferably in eCommerce;

  • You have at least an HBO working- and thinking level; 

  • You have excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.


Other requirements

  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week;

  • You are able to travel and visit clients in the Benelux, approximately 1x per week;

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).

What do we offer?

Financial benefits


  • The base salary range based on 40 hours is between gross €2.900 - €3.100 per month, excluding 8% vacation allowance.

  • On top of your base salary we offer a quarterly commission, which can run up to an additional 25% salary.

  • Annual bonus of a gross €1.500 if the yearly target is completed.

  • Annual L&D budget of €1000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take a great advantage to #grow professionally;

  • Saving for old age - yes, we provide you 5% of your monthly base salary;

  • Traveling to our office? No problem, we got you covered.

  • 26 vacation days + 2 reload days based on 40 hours;

  • Hybrid and flexible working. We work at least 2 days from the office, the other days are flexible. You can also work from abroad for 3 weeks a year. You can start your day anytime between 08:00 and 10:00. Home office supplies will be provided, together with an additional budget.
