The team | The Tribe

At Tribe Investments, we make investing accessible and help our customers responsibly grow their money. The aim of the department is to increase the amount of money customers have invested.

We operate in a complex and highly regulated field with strong competition, rapid technological developments, and a high commercial ambition.

Your role & responsibilities

As a customer journey expert you will be part of a team that leads the development of a new pension proposition. The pension market is rapidly changing in the Netherlands with an increasing part of the Dutch workforce who are not building enough retirement funds. It is our purpose to help our customers become aware of their current pension gap, learn how they can build towards a worry-free retirement and offer the products to do so. Together with the team you will key role in the development of a new pension investing product, prepare for launch, organize a strong launch campaign, and further develop the product post-launch.

Your key responsibilities include:

Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings. Analyze data to make informed decisions about product features and positioning. Prototype Development and Testing: Work with design and development teams to create prototypes and to optimize the minimum viable products (MVPs). Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Together with key stakeholders and external partners, develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to ensure commercial success. Product Performance Management: Together with key stakeholders and our team of data analyst, monitor product performance. Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory landscape and obtain approvals. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the product.

Furthermore, you have:

3 - 5 years of experience in product development, product management, managing customer journeys or similar experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (. business, marketing, finance). Familiarity with financial services or banking/investment products is pre.

Customer Focus in everything you do, including a natural desire to seek out and talk to customers and customer-facing colleagues. Project management skills: Drive constructive collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensuring alignment and coordination across teams to deliver a cohesive and successful product. Stakeholder management & communication skills: Know how to get people excited about the project and how to mobilize stakeholders to act.
