The 5 star Mainport hotel Rotterdam is, combined under one roof with the 4 star Maashotel Rotterdam City Centre, the largest hotel in Rotterdam and one of largest properties in the BeNeLux region that offer 480 rooms, 2 restaurants, bar area, room service and 1.000 m2 of banquet facilities. The hotel is located in the centre of Rotterdam, at the riverbanks of the Maas and its well-known Erasmus bridge. Due to this location all hotel rooms of this hotel offers an amazing view on the skyline and city centre of Rotterdam.
Both hotels are under transformation at the moment, whilst continue the operations, as they will be rebranded as Mainport Curio collection by Hilton and Double Tree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre in 2024.
As a result of this rebranding you might enjoy the best of both worlds once you start working with us You will become a part of the Hilton Family and as this property is managed by Cycas Hospitality you are also a true Cycadette. This means you will have all the benefits of the Hilton Family and all the benefits of being a Cycadette
For these 2 properties we are looking for an Executive chef who will lead the kitchen and stewarding team, who implements 2 restaurant concepts in line with the Hilton brand standards for the diverse and international travelers.

Has min. 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or Executive chef in Conference & event hotel.Is a people focused leader and shows great teamwork skills in and outside the kitchen.Has Knowledge of the HACCP rules and regulationsHas Knowledge of Menu engineeringHolding a “Leermeester”certificateSpeaks English, Dutch is not mandatoryHas experience with the international kitchen
Het 5-sterren Mainport hotel Rotterdam is, gecombineerd onder één dak met het 4-sterren Maashotel Rotterdam City Centre, het grootste hotel in Rotterdam en een van de grootste hotels in de BeNeLux regio met 480 kamers, 2 restaurants, bar, roomservice en 1.000 m2 banquet faciliteiten. De hotels liggen in het centrum van Rotterdam, aan de oevers van de Maas en de bekende Erasmusbrug. Door deze ligging hebben alle hotelkamers van dit hotel een prachtig uitzicht op de skyline en het centrum van Rotterdam.
Beide hotels worden op dit moment getransformeerd, terwijl de operaties doorgaan, aangezien ze in 2024 zullen worden omgedoopt tot Mainport Curio collection by Hilton en Double Tree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre.

Voor deze 2 locaties zijn we op zoek naar een Executive chef die leiding geeft aan het keuken- en stewardteam, die 2 restaurant concepten implementeert in lijn met de Hilton brand standards voor de internationale reizigers.
