Change Manager bij Simac IT NL

Als Change Manager bij **Simac IT NL** sta je midden in de IT-dienstverlening van Simac voor al haar klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met veertien collega's, engineers, (contract) delivery managers en vooral: onze klanten. We functioneren als een team waarin je zowel begeleiding als autonomie mag verwachten.

Ons team is verantwoordelijk voor alle niet-standaard changes die klanten verzoeken. Bij een change moet de operatie van onze klant zo min mogelijk worden onderbroken. Dit betekent dat alle betrokken teams en collega's op het juiste moment moeten samenwerken. Jij coördineert dit proces met klant en collega's. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het betreft complexe IT-dienstverlening waarin cloud, networking, business applications en andere disciplines samenkomen. De variatie in technische vragen en de sfeer maken het werken in ons team plezierig Praktische taken

  • Dagelijks contact met klanten, teamgenoten, engineers, contract delivery managers en delivery managers.
  • Coördineren van niet-standaard changes voor klanten binnen 40 uur.
  • Plannen van tijdkritische taken waarbij diverse collega's uit meerdere disciplines samenwerken om een klantvraag op te lossen.
  • Zorgdragen voor correcte afronding van changes en communicatie naar alle interne en externe betrokken partijen.
  • Samenwerken met je team op de thema's urenverwerking, orderdesk en inkoop. Wie wij zoeken

    Je hebt ervaring bij een IT-dienstverlener en begrijpt hoe complex dit kan worden in grote IT-omgevingen. Juist wanneer de druk oploopt weet jij de rust te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen om de klus te klaren. Jij komt het best tot je recht in afwisseling en krijgt energie van het besef dat changes voor onze klanten écht het verschil maken.

    • Relevante werkervaring op een complexe servicedesk of een change office in de IT (TOPdesk kennis is een pré).
    • Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels en legt makkelijk contact met collega's, ongeacht hun functie.
    • Detailgericht, nauwkeurig en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren.
    • Aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau, gericht op Business of IT.
    • Interesse in verdere ontwikkeling van kennis van IT-dienstverlening en groeimogelijkheden. Waarom Simac?
