Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Service Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een uitstekende klantenservice in de maritieme industrie. Je begint je dag met het beantwoorden van klantvragen via verschillende manieren, zoals e-mail en telefoon. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk verzoek binnen de afgesproken Serviceniveaus wordt afgehandeld. Je beheert klantcases van begin tot eind, prioriteert verzoeken op basis van urgentie en escalaties als dat nodig is. Samenwerken met andere afdelingen is cruciaal om een naadloze klantbeleving te garanderen.
