Your Role:
You play a crucial role in supporting our internal teams with customs-related issues. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely customs documentation and certificates for both export and import shipments, focusing on compliance. Daily interactions with customs authorities, shipping partners, carriers, and clients are essential. To maintain quality standards, you will:
- Perform pre- and post-clearance checks on customs documents;
- Conduct various quality and compliance assessments;
- Offer proactive guidance to colleagues on customs formalities;
- Engage with customers, internal departments, and customs authorities.
Your team at DSV is known for its friendly atmosphere and collaborative spirit. In this close-knit group of 15 colleagues, we work hard, but we also know how to have a good time together.

Your Profile:
- A Diploma in Declarant (EVO/Fenex);
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
