Als growth marketeer zorg je voor een effectieve leadgeneratie marketingstrategie en -beleid. Hiervoor sluit je aan bij onze commerciële strategie, de strategische
- en marketingdoelstellingen en de merkidentiteit. Door jouw inspanningen verbetert de leadgeneratie en naamsbekendheid van DPD Nederland.

Dit doe je door het ontwikkelen van een performancestrategie en campagnebeleid. Daarnaast zorg je voor de uitvoering hiervan. Denk hierbij aan Customer Journey Mapping, SEO/SEA en de growth marketingstrategie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het plan en het beleid.

**Jouw werkzaamheden**:

- Lead generatie, waarbij je de strategie voor de SEO/SEA en affiliate campagnes bedenkt;
- Je beheert en optimaliseert de SEO/SEA campagnes zoals search, display en performance max;
- Met een kritische blik kijk je naar de customer journey en stelt een performance marketingstrategie op;
- Waar nodig stuur je bij op basis van de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse targets;
- Je voert constant a/b testen zodat jouw campagnes steeds beter presteren en optimaliseer je de campagnes;
- Je bepaalt de juiste boodschap voor je advertenties (B2B & B2C) en houdt hierbij rekening met trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de mark. Hiervoor schakel je ook met externe bureaus;
- Je laat de advertenties en de landingspagina's naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.

**Wie worden je collega's?**

In deze functie ga je werken in het digital & marketing team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Initiatieven en verbetervoorstellen worden gestimuleerd en er heerst een informele sfeer in het team. Je rapporteert aan de manager marketing & services digital marketing. DPD Nederland heeft meerdere locaties in Nederland. Zo is het mogelijk om op de locatie Amsterdam te werken, maar ook in Oirschot of op andere vestigingen in Nederland.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt een hbo opleiding op het gebied van marketingcommunicatie;
- Je hebt 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met analytic tools zoals Coosto, Clicky, Google Analytics en Tableau;
- Je hebt een adviserende rol richting onze stakeholders. Je weet mensen op het juiste moment te betrekken en te informeren;
- Doordat je continu bijdraagt aan het verhogen van de volwassenheid van onze kanalen en aan onze strategische thema's heb je een kritische blik en ben je in staat goede analyses te maken.

- Een passend salaris in de range van € 3.949 tot € 5.641 bruto per maand, afgestemd op jouw ervaring en expertise;
- Flexibiliteit in werktijden en de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken (hybride: 50% vanuit huis en 50% op kantoor, maar meer op kantoor werken is natuurlijk ook mogelijk);
- Contract voor 31 tot 38,75 uur (0,8 - 1,0 fte);
- Kilometervergoeding;
- 25 vakantiedagen;
- Aantrekkelijke pensioensregeling met een eigen bijdrage van slechts 3.55%;

DPD Nederland is onderdeel van de internationale Geopost, dat weer directe familie is van het Franse Groupe La Poste. En als grootste pakketverzender van Europa verzenden we naar vrijwel alle landen in de wereld, waarbij we binnen Europa de pakketten verzenden vanuit het eigen netwerk en depots. Daardoor kunnen wij een unieke performance leveren. We bereiken vanaf Eindhoven zelfs in één dag 700 kilometer

DPD Nederland heeft 12 vestigingen en ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Oirschot. Iedere dag zetten onze medewerkers zich in om de klantbelofte waar te maken.
