In de rol van commercieel medewerker binnendienst bij onze opdrachtgever in Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken. Naast het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers, zowel telefonisch, per mail als fysiek aan de balie, voer je de volgende taken uit: Proactief benaderen van bestaande klanten om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen en nieuwe verkoopkansen te identificeren.
Administratieve Taken
Beheren van klantgegevens en contracten in het CRM-systeem.
Archiveren en bijhouden van alle administratieve documenten.
Ondersteunen van het verkoopteam met rapportages en analyses.
Deze veelzijdige rol vereist een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, klantgerichtheid en de capaciteit om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je een cruciale schakel in het succes van onze opdrachtgever en draag je bij aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten en de efficiëntie van onze bedrijfsvoering. Dit betreft een parttime functie voor +/- 20 uur per ;
Uitdagende Rol: Een dynamische functie binnen een klantgericht team.
Je start met werken via Olympia, maar krijgt bij gebleken geschiktheid naar een X periode een contract aangeboden bij onze ;
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zodat je effectief kunt communiceren met zowel lokale als internationale klanten en collega's.
Je bent parttime beschikbaar en hebt de intentie om je voor langere tijd aan de organisatie te binden.
Administratieve en Sales Taken: Je vindt het leuk om sales gerelateerde taken op te pakken en hebt een scherp oog voor administratieve afhandeling
