Regional Head of Growth Enablement - Air - Europe - Schiphol, Netherlands (Hybrid)

The main objective of this position is to create, execute, and uphold the necessary processes, team, and solutions to effectively handle intricate customer Requests for Quote (RFQ) across multiple regions and modes. Establish communication with global product specialists to serve as a smooth channel for their guidance and product strategies that impact pricing offers to clients through the development of coherent pricing processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategic product initiatives for growth enablement to meet revenue and volume targets
  • Contribute to developing the Go-to-Market strategy for the Air product
  • Participate in pricing for significant RFQ opportunities
  • Lead the Go-To-Market process aligned with the product's market strategy
  • Share market insights on development, competition, customers, and pricing trends
  • Contribute to the annual sales target-setting process by collaborating with Finance and Sales teams
  • Collaborate with Region/Area stakeholders to plan and execute growth initiatives for achieving budgeted growth
  • Monitor global sales pipeline to ensure monthly delivery of budgeted numbers and take corrective actions if necessary
  • Drive Power Trade Lane tractions and growth
  • Enhance product sales material and conduct training sessions as needed
  • Provide input for new product launches, marketing, and commercial activities
  • Support cross-product development in coordination with other growth enablement teams
  • Lead team and people development efforts

Who we are looking for

  • Extensive technical product knowledge, with experience in product management and go-to-market strategies
  • Customer-facing experience and presentation skills
  • Understanding of profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
