The team, position & mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team, at our Workspace Division in the Netherlands. Our office is in Amsterdam, but your work area will cover the whole of the Netherlands.

The Sales team consists of a Sales Director, Partner Manager, New Business Sales manager, Account Managers and a Sales Assistant.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with consultants, customers, and brokers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our staffing solutions by fostering strong connections, understanding client needs, and driving business growth.

Key areas of responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, customers, and brokers to understand their business needs and objectives. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Work closely with consultants to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients and successful placement of candidates. Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Proven experience as an Account Manager in the staffing industry. Proven experience in the IT work-field, preferably in Workspace solutions Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes. Familiarity with CRM software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Proactive and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
