**Over de functie**:
Als Teamleider Facility Services, tevens bekend onder de term "speler-manager", vervul je een essentiële functie binnen ons team van Formulemanagement, dat verder bestaat uit twee formulemanagers en twee support specialisten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en de uitrol van uitgebreide formules voor schoonmaakdiensten en operationele ondersteuning. Je speelt ook een ondersteunende en begeleidende rol binnen je team door voortgangsgesprekken te leiden, te zorgen voor de juiste uitvoering van taken en de persoonlijke groei van je teamleden te bevorderen.

Daarnaast fungeer je actief als formulemanager binnen het team en maak je onderdeel uit van een regio, wat inhoudt dat je een sleutelrol speelt in zowel het leiderschap als de operationele zijde van onze dienstverleningsformules.

Verder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het onderhouden van de formule in alle operationele aspecten, inclusief contractmanagement.
- Het vaststellen van de formulestrategie voor parken en het verfijnen van het aanbod van het park zodat het naadloos aansluit bij de identiteit van het park.
- Het beoordelen van de prestaties van formules en de operationele uitkomsten in verschillende parken, om vervolgens verbeteringen vast te stellen en door te voeren, inclusief het managen van programma's op operationeel vlak.
- Het signaleren van trends, deze omzetten in nieuwe formules en het testen van deze nieuwe formules of concepten door pilots, marktstudies en data-analyse.
- Coördineren van de uitrol van nieuwe of verbeterde formules op parken.
- Het toezicht houden op en aanbevelingen doen betreffende de kwaliteit, implementatie en het volgen van formulerichtlijnen op basis van vastgestelde KPI's die invloed hebben op klant
- en medewerkerstevredenheid, efficiëntie, omzet, winstgevendheid en kosten.

In deze rol rapporteer je aan Anneke Mezger, Head of On-parc Spend & Parc Support.

**Dit ga je doen**:

- Het formulebeheerteam speelt een essentiële rol in het definiëren, ontwikkelen en implementeren voor de formules Cleaning & Operational Services die de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onze dienstverlening optimaliseren. Voor onze gasten vaak de eerste kennismaking. **Dit ben jij**:
Jij beschikt over uitstekende people management vaardigheden en hebt ervaring met leiderschap, wat essentieel is voor het effectief aansturen van ons team. Je hebt op directieniveau met leveranciers gecommuniceerd, kan strategisch denken en je weet te handelen vanuit een kantooromgeving in plaats van direct in de operatie te staan. Idealiter kom jij uit een centrale positie bij schoonmaakleveranciers of heb je ervaring als facilitair manager binnen een grote organisatie, zoals een ziekenhuis, universiteit of een andere corporate omgeving. Deze achtergrond is cruciaal voor het begrijpen van de complexiteit en uitdagingen van de sector en het effectief leiden van verbeterinitiatieven binnen de organisatie.

Verder breng jij mee:

- HBO werk
- en denkniveau met 5 - 8 jaar werkervaring (bij voorkeur Facility Management)
- Ervaring in formulebeheer en -ontwikkeling
- Uitstekende verbale en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré
