Job Title: Team Lead Underwriting Services Domestic

Zurich Insurance Benelux is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Underwriting Services team in The Hague, Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of ~10 FTEs and providing strategic direction for UWS in the Benelux.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver excellent service and meet quality and service delivery KPIs.
  • Install an environment of employee development, recognition, and reward.
  • Be on the lookout for constant improvement of end-to-end customer experience processes.
  • Actively participate in improvement initiatives linked to UWS.
  • Work closely with other team leaders and departments to contribute to business goals.
  • Responsible for governance, including risk identification/mitigation, audit, customer outcomes, complaints, breaches, and quality frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum a WfT schade certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience in an insurance company/broker in a market-facing, customer service role.
  • Experience with National Insurance processes & Market with a strong track record of delivery/execution focus.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change.
  • Strong focus on customer centricity and creating a positive customer experience.
  • Good computer skills, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
