Onderdeel van Mediabrands, een internationale agency met alleen in Nederland al meer dan 400 leuke collega's. Binnen ons bureau komen creativiteit, technologie en data samen. Functie eisen:Deze rol bij UM is zeer divers en je leert ontzettend veel. Van je collega's, van klanten, maar vooral van de dingen die je zelf doet. We zijn geen grote, logge organisatie waarbij je constant hetzelfde klusje uitvoert. Geen dag is hetzelfde en vele ballen tegelijk hooghouden zit in jouw DNA.

Jij gaat onze consultants ondersteunen, vakinhoudelijk en op procesmatig gebied bij het ontwikkelen van de plannen en adviezen. Waarbij je ook alle mogelijke tools leert te gebruiken. De Campaign Manager bij UM is een brugfunctie tussen het klant team en alle specialisten, zowel inhoudelijk als op operationeel vlak. Je coördineert de inhoudelijke en administratieve implementatie van campagnes op o.a. Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, maar ook natuurlijk op radio en TV, in nauw overleg met de specialisten en consultants. Daarnaast ondersteun je ook de Business Manager bij het managen van de klant op commercieel en organisatorisch gebied.

Wij willen jou graag brede kennis en vaardigheden op laten doen, waardoor je jezelf in de volle breedte kan ontwikkelen en je op termijn kan doorgroeien naar de rol van Business Manager, Consultant, Strateeg of een meer specialistische functie.

Je bent nieuwsgierig en vindt media en marketingcommunicatie superleuk;Je bent resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en analytisch;Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste (digitale) trends en ontwikkelingen;Je kan makkelijke switchen van serious naar fun;Je bent communicatief sterk;En vindt het leuk om in een team te werken.


Vaardigheden en ervaring:

Analytisch en resultaat gedreven; Kennis en ervaring van/met alle digitale mediakanalen; Communicatief vaardig zowel in woord als geschrift (NL en ENG); Teamplayer en kartrekker; Oplossingsgericht; Weet goed om te gaan met druk.
