The Team

The mission of the Calvin Klein CRM & Membership team aims to build and nurture strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. This team plays a crucial role within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization by focusing on customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring that Calvin Klein's DTC channels effectively engage and retain customers to drive brand growth and success.

The Position

As a vital team member within the CRM & Membership department, you will play a crucial role in our CRM campaign projects, reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end execution of diverse campaigns such as Seasonal Sale campaigns and Cyber month, orchestrating various stakeholders. These projects involve creative and data-driven aspects with a central focus on enhancing member retention and engagement. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must for success in this role. You will have the chance to collaborate across teams and engage with diverse stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CRM Campaign Projects within Calvin Klein:

Oversee (email-) marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including drafting briefs, leading creative kick-off meetings and reviews, managing translations, building emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyzing performance, and reporting results to key stakeholders.

Support CRM Initiatives:

Execute CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining existing consumers, and rewarding top consumers to boost sales and marketing efforts.

Drive Newsletter Success:

Enhance the commercial success of scheduled newsletters by generating testing ideas and recommendations following a Test & Learn roadmap.

Project Management & Prioritization:

Act as a gatekeeper for Calvin Klein campaign projects, overseeing progress in alignment with the roadmap. Take ownership of the backlog, prioritize deliverables, and consistently assess the potential value added by various projects.

Stakeholder Alignment:

Keep all stakeholders aligned and focused on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Maintain project schedules and provide regular updates across involved teams.

Process Improvement:

Represent CRM and actively participate in the development and enhancement of project management processes.

Contribute to CRM Platform Vision:

Drive marketing automation initiatives and initiate projects to maximize the utilization of the current CRM infrastructure.

Manage Business Partner Relationships:

Foster day-to-day communication and updates with stakeholders across the business. Continuously review and optimize collaboration. Consult with markets and stakeholders on leveraging consumer insights and profiles to drive engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in setting up large CRM campaigns preferable in direct-to-consumer retail. Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach. Strong analytical skills. Experience in using SQL for segmenting and adjusting member selections. Adequate knowledge of HTML and CSS. Solid project management skills, experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar as a plus. Passion for innovation in marketing automation and campaigning. Results-driven and fact-based communication style. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and projects.

Education, Experience, and Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in fields such as Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM. 2-3 years of experience in an international direct-to-consumer environment. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email/journey building tools. Knowledge in CRM, database, and campaign management. Preferably, knowledge of AMPscript. Experience with email metrics.
