The Team

The Digital & Membership team sits within PVH EMEA DTC Hub, the hub overseeing all direct-to-consumer channels. Within the Digital & Membership team, the Membership & CRM's pillar is building the number one premium fashion retail benchmark on membership & CRM and transforming EMEA DTC into a members-first business. Across the team, we are focused on designing state-of-the-art membership programs that customers want to be a part of, acquiring new members with a robust program, and maintaining direct and personal relationships through valuable and relevant communication, benefits and offers. All of this is geared towards our ultimate goal to increase O&O full-price repeat purchases through the best membership & CRM program in the industry. We do this work by pairing the power of data and insights, with passion, collaboration and trust in our team and iconic brands.

The Position

In this role of CRM Campaign Specialist, Sale & Promo Campaigns you are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and optimizing all Sale and other promotional newsletter campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Sale campaigns are the core revenue drivers and require your agile and proactive approach to planning, execution, stakeholder management and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Ecom, Retail, Outlet, data analytics, and technology, to ensure the successful contribution of these types of CRM campaigns to delivering on our targets for email attributed revenue.

This role reports to Senior Manager, CRM Campaign Management, Tommy Hilfiger Europe.

Key outputs & responsibilities:

Sale and Promo CRM Campaigns Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Ecom, Retail, Outlet and Brand Marketing teams to develop sale CRM campaign planning aligned with business objectives
  • Alignment and planning for Cyber Month period and Targeted Offer campaigns
  • Define email campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics
  • Contribute to email performance (re-)forecasting process for sale and other promotional campaigns including KPI target setting

Sale Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Create a seasonal sale and other promotional moments briefs with specific details on each campaign content, offers, promotions, assortment, markets, channel participating timing and creative assets
  • Manage briefing sessions with creative development team
  • Collect and implement stakeholders' feedback
  • Coordinate campaign copy translations
  • Emails campaign building, testing, and scheduling
  • Be proactive about last minute changes (offer, markets, channels, dates, etc)

Sale Campaigns Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyse each Sale campaign performance data and engagement metrics to identify insights and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Manage Sale retrospective and reporting sessions with key stakeholders
  • Initiate and plan A/B testing to drive continuous optimization of promotional emails
  • Bring insights on the previous sale campaign's performance with ideas on the optimization for all future campaigns
  • Collaborate with insights team to leverage customer data for segmentation and personalization

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Ecom, Retail, Outlet, Brand Marketing, Member Growth and Technology teams to align Sale campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign content and assets.
  • Collaborate with Ecom Site Merch & Content team to optimize email funnel journeys

Desired Skills and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in CRM campaign management, preferably email marketing knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation.
  • Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with data analysis, segmentation, and targeting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of campaign execution.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality
