Wat je gaat doen:

Als business manager heb je een veelzijdige rol. Je richt je op het bemiddelen van interim legal counsels tussen de 2 en 10 jaar werkervaring in de top van het (internationale) bedrijfsleven voornamelijk binnen Retail en FMCG klanten. Denk hierbij aan onder andere aan Heineken, IDH Sustainable, Exact, FiveGuys, Danone en Corendon. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele commerciële proces: van acquisitie tot aan closing. Je bent in staat om de mooiste en interessantste opdrachten binnen te halen voor onze interim professionals, zodat zij in staat zijn om een steile leercurve te verwezenlijken.

Je maakt ook onderdeel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure van nieuwe interim professionals en je bepaalt samen met de recruiter of de kandidaat geschikt is als interim legal counsel. De recruiter is in de lead, maar aangezien jij verantwoordelijk bent voor de bemiddeling naar een opdrachtgever is jouw mening erg belangrijk. Je bouwt een relatienetwerk op en werkt met onze professionals aan een op maat gemaakte oplossing. Hiermee maak je de ambitie van zowel de professional als de klant waar. Je hebt een coördinerende rol in het bij elkaar brengen van de juiste expertises en bent het gezicht van jouw team in de markt.

Je werkt nauw samen met de andere business managers en recruiters. Regelmatig overleg je met de performance managers en waar nodig business unit directeur. De interim professionals en commercieel gerelateerde vraagstukken staan hierin centraal.

Jij wilt dé specialist in jouw rol zijn en daarom ben je continu op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends, ontwikkelingen en uitdagingen binnen de juridische wereld. Je verdiept je, denkt mee, bent een stevige gesprekspartner en biedt de juiste oplossing aan. Bij voorkeur heb je al een bestaand netwerk binnen het juridische werkveld. En anders zie je dit als een uitdaging om op te bouwen. Je wordt daarbij ondersteund door een enthousiast en ervaren team om je heen.



Wat we vragen:

Je bent commercieel gedreven, resultaatgericht en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten in een omgeving waar het tempo hoog ligt. Je schakelt makkelijk met verschillende lagen in een organisatie en krijgt energie van meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht houden.

Wij zoeken een business manager met minimaal 2 jaar recente ervaring in een commerciële omgeving. Ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddelingen bovenmatige interesse in de ontwikkelingen binnen het juridische werkveld. Je hebt een hoge dosis energie en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Daarbij heb je een aantoonbaar HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau en spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Het zou ideaal zijn als je 40 uur per week beschikbaar bent, 32 uur is zeker bespreekbaar.

Je werkomgeving:

Team EIFFEL, een consultancy & interimbureau met meer dan 2.800 professionals. Dagelijks werken zij voor ruim 800 verschillende klanten binnen allerlei sectoren. Team EIFFEL is sterk in een aantal hoofdgebieden: legal, finance, integraal project management, supply chain en data. De komende jaren staan in het teken van het realiseren van de lange termijn-groeiambities. Dat betekent een ideaal moment om in te stappen als Business Manager voor een van onze Business Units.

Het team van Legal bestaat uit business managers, recruiters, performance managers en de business unit directeur. Ieder met een eigen verantwoordelijkheid en focus. Er wordt veel waarde gehecht aan het werken in teamverband en er is sprake van een intensieve samenwerking. De dynamiek is hoog en geen dag is hetzelfde.
