Wat vragen we aan jou?
Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en doet er alles aan om ook een negatieve klantervaring om te zetten naar iets positiefs;
Hebt 1-2 jaar werkervaring als service medewerker;HBO- werk en denk niveau;Bent een echte teamplayer en vindt het leuk om met je collega's te sparren;Kunt goed omgaan met Excel en snapt -als het even kan- SAP/Hubspot;Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden op elk niveau binnen en buiten de organisatie;Kan goed gestructureerd werken;Spreekt Nederlands en Engels (Duits en/of Frans is altijd mooi meegenomen);Beschikbaar 36-40 uur per week.
