Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to technical colleagues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless project support and administration.
  • Identify and report recurring errors or questions to prevent future issues.
  • Contribute to process optimization and improvement initiatives to enhance customer support.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the sustainable energy or EV sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong affinity for the sustainable energy sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and creating order in a rapidly changing landscape.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
