Job Title: Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at MSXI International. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to retailers and independent workshops, ensuring the best possible service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify educational needs and fill competence gaps at retailers;
  • Escalate cases when needed;
  • Provide technical support for workshops in Dutch-speaking markets;
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by answering support requests and delivering high-quality diagnostic and repair service;
  • Review existing processes to increase quality and report performance of dealers on escalated cases.

Requirements:

  • Degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of current vehicle technology, both basic mechanical and electronic vehicle systems and electric propulsion;
  • Fluent Dutch and good spoken and written English skills;
  • Good computer literacy in MS office;
  • Strong passion for the technical side of our cars, with the end-customer in focus and pushing our innovation forward.
