About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our team at MSXI International. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting retailers and independent workshops with diagnostic and repair support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to retailers and independent workshops, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair services.
  • Identify educational needs and competence gaps at retailers, and develop training programs to address these gaps.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior technical specialists, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with a team of technical specialists to provide technical support for workshops in Dutch-speaking markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of current vehicle technology, including basic mechanical and electronic vehicle systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with retailers and customers.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills, with good spoken and written English skills.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Passion for the technical side of automotive engineering, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
